Once you let us know you'd like to go ahead with our services we will send you a questionnaire to gather all the information we need to know about your business and clarify specific requirments for the design and content. We will need your logo and key information about your business, however, we can create copy and source additional imagery to ensure there is sufficient content on site.

This will vary depending on the size and complexity of your website and how many projects we already have booked in. However, when you request a quote we will agree on a date for completion before undertaking the project.  

Once we have built your website we will share the final design with you for your approval. At this stage we welcome any feedback and change requests so that we can ensure it is exactly what you want. We will also give you another opportunity to request any additional revisions after the second version is finished before closing the project. If you take out our monthly management service, you are free to request amendments as and when required.

Yes, if you already have a website but would like the design refreshing we can simply replace the current design. If you wish to keep a copy of the existing website, please create a back up of this before giving us access to replace the site. If you need help with this, just let us know. If there is any content you wish to keep from your current site, please advise us of this in the design brief survey.

We use WordPress to build your website as it is a very user friendly CRM for you to maintain once the site is built. If your website doesn't already have WordPress set up, we will need to install and link your domain in order to build your site. WordPress is completely free and it should be quick and easy to set up.

When we build your site we will optimise it for SEO (search engine optimisation), this includes setting meta titles, meta descriptions and optimising any written content for key words related to your business. We don't offer any additional or ongoing SEO services.

We are competitively priced and quote each project individually based on its requirements. We offer a monthly plan for website maintenance and hosting and domain names can be purchased annually or on a pay monthly plan.
